大学生上网健康负效应调查 张金沙1 　周顺祥2　马维平3 1.湖北中医药高等专科学校医疗系；2.教务处；3.科研处 [摘要] 目的 了解大学生上网健康负效应状况，为有针对性地开展干预活动提供基线数据。 方法 从某高校高护、临床医学专业二年级学生中随机整群抽取14个班806人进行问卷调查，统计分析746名上网者的上网情况和上网对健康的影响。 结果 网络成瘾率为8.3%，男生高于女生，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ 0.01）；网络成瘾组与非成瘾组在网龄、每周上网频率、每周上网时间和健康负效应得分间差别均有统计学意义（Ｐ 0.01）；在生理、心理及社会负效应方面检出率列第１位的分别是眼睛干涩 72.4% 、上网时心理愉悦（73.3%）和因上网而误餐（38.9%）。 结论 上网给大学生的健康带来较为严重的负效应，需采取有力措施进行干预。 [关键词] 因特网；行为；成瘾；大学生；健康负效应 [中图分类号] R395 Negative Health Effect of Surfing the Internet to College Students ZHANG Jin-sha, ZHOU Shun-xiang, MA Wei-ping Hubei College of Chinese Medicine [Abstract] Objective To investigate the negative effect brought about by surfing the internet to the health of college students in order to provide baseline data for taking interventional actions. Methods Totally 806 second-year students who are major in advanced nursing and clinical medicine from 14 classes in a college were chosen by randomly cluster sampling for questionnaire survey, and the situation of surfing the internet and its influence to health in eligible questionnaires from 746 students were analyzed. Results The prevalence rate of addicted students was 8.3%, and it was male higher in males than in females, with a significant difference P 0.000 . There were statistical significant differences in online age, weekly online frequency, weekly online time and score of the negative health effect between the addicted group and the non-addicted group P 0.01 Eye-dryness 72.4% , online psychological pleasure 73.3% , and dinner-missing due to being online 38.9% respectively comes first in the aspects of physiological, psychological and social negative effects. Conclusion Surfing the internet brings about a serious negative effect to college students health, and the effective intervention measures should be taken for it.
