小学2011—2012学年度第二学期 教学教研工作计划 一、指导思想 本学期我校教研工作，全面贯彻落实中共中央《关于深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育决定》、《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》和《台山市推进素质教育实施方案》，深入贯彻科学发展观，继续深化构建“高效课堂”，着力开展“教与学方式转变”的研究，以全面开展第二课堂教学活动为突破口，进一步推进素质教育，大力推进教育现代化，全面提高我校教学质量。 二、工作目标： 1、抓好教师队伍建设通过研培导练赛等多种形式提高教师的专业化水平。加强常规教学管理，规范教学行为，为师生创设广泛的发展空间以多种竞赛活动促进教师学生个性发展为师生搭建展示的舞台。 认真落实综合实践活动课提高学生观察、分析和解决实际问题的能力，培养学生的创新精神，全面提高学生素质。首先，从课程标准和教材的培训抓起，创造让骨干教师走出去接受各级培训，使他们深入领会课标和新教材的精髓，同时让骨干教师经风雨、见世面、上层次。外出学习教师回来后要向全体教师汇报，达到一人外出学习集体受益资源共享的目的。其次，切实抓好校本教研工作，把新课程教学研究的立足点放在学校、放在课堂。建立以促进学生健康、主动发展和教师专业化成长为宗旨，以解决学科具体问题为目的的校本教研制度。集体备课，，教师共同成长。毕业班教师任课会、毕业班主任工作会、毕业班工作研讨会、毕业班尖子生会。 conferences, learned superiors policies; reports, you can learn to deal with problems, art, just wanted to learn, to learn at any time.
