发达国家服务贸易发展对我国启示研究.doc

毕业论文 题 目 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 指导教师 赵惠 二〇一五年月 摘 要 在世界经济缓慢复苏的背景下，国际贸易增速下滑，使国际贸易结构失衡问题得到缓解。国际货物贸易增速放缓，而服务贸易稳定上升。为了避免国家经济增长速度的下滑，各国都在积极寻找新的经济增长点，随着服务产业在国民经济中占有越来越重要的地位，服务贸易市场必定成为各国争相抢占的对象。作为世界最大的发展中国家，我国服务贸易总额位居世界第二，但与发达国家相比还有很大差距，这说明我国服务贸易有很大的成长潜力。本文探讨发达国家服务贸易发展的有关经验,并从贸易规模、结构、收支、市场占有率四方面对发达国家服务贸易现状进行分析，为我国服务贸易发展中存在的问题寻找解决方法，主要有完善法律框架、培养重点服务产业、培养专业人才与扩大服务业对外开放程度等措施，进而加强我国服务贸易的国际市场占有率与国际竞争优势。 关键词：服务贸易；发达国家；发展经验 ABSTRACT In the context of a slow recovery of world economy, the international trade growth rate fell, so the unbalance in the international trade structure eased. While the goods trade grew slowly, the service trade was rising steadily. In order to avoid the decline in the country’s economic growth rate, countries are actively looking for new growth point, with the service industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy, the service trade market will become the object of competing countries to seize. As the worlds largest developing country, Chinas total trade in services ranked second in the world, but there is a big gap compared with developed countries, indicating that China’s service trade has great growth potential. This article discusses the experience of service trade of developed countries, and analyses from the trade scale, structure, balance of payments and the market share of service trade of the developed countries, and looks for solutions of service trade’s problems of our country, mainly to improve the legal framework, cultivate core service industry, train professionals and expand the degree of opening up of service and so on, further strengthen the international market share and competitive advantage of China’s service trade.
