But what followed was a serious air pollution. In the process of industrial production will produce large amounts of dust flue gas, is one of the main factors that bring the atmosphere serious pollution, but at present the research about this aspect is less, This article is based on research that study?the structure parameters of influence _ venturi scrubber hydraulic performance, To explore?internal flow field of venturi scrubbers ? by CFD computational fluid dynamics software . In this paper, based on the import of pipe diameter of 50 mm venturi tube as the research object, carries on the single factor study . Combining experimental and CFD numerical simulation method to explore how different inlet flow rate, throat pipe length, expansion taper and other structure parameters effect on export section velocity, pressure distribution and the internal flow uniformity within the tube. The length of the chokes are provided 50mm, 75mm, 100mm venturi tube for single air and air - water two-phase experiments, meanwhile analyze the flow field on the experimental basis. For single phase air intake venturi tube is used to numerically simulate test and verify, comparing the results of numerical simulation results and experimental analysis ,and finally determine the air inflow，throat pipe length, expansion taper to ensure Venturi scrubber in a fine operation.
