1 机床简介 1.1 金属切削机床的简介 1.1.1 金属切削机床概述 金属切削机床是机械制造也得基础设备。随着社会需求和科学技术的发展，对机床设计技术要求越来越高。一方面为了适应社会需求的变化，出现了柔性制造系统（FMS）等先进的自动化制造系统，除了传统的机床设计之外，还要求机床增加柔性，并能与柔性有机结合。另一方面数控技术和CAD技术的发展，为机床设计提供了新的条件和支撑。因此机床的设计方法和设计技术也在发生着深刻变化。 金属切削机床也称为机床，是用切削的方法将金属毛坯(或半成品)加工成机器零件设备，他是制造机器的机器，所以又称工作母机或工具机。 金属切削机床是加工机器零件的主要设备，它所担负的工作量，通常情况下占机器制造总工作量的40%-60%。因此，机床的技术性能直接影响机械制造业产品的质量、成本和生产率。 一个现代化的国家必须有一个现代化的机械制造业，而现代化的机械制造业必须有一个现代化的机床工业做后盾。因此，机床工业的技术水品、自动化程度、加工精度在很大程度上标志着这个国家的工业生产能力和现代化水平。 1.1.2 金属切削机床的分类 1. 按机床的加工性质和使用的刀具分类有12大类：车床，钻床，镗床，磨床，齿轮加工机床，螺纹加工机床，铣床，刨插床，拉床，特种加工机床，锯床，其他机床。 2. 同类型机床按万能性程度又可分为： （1） 万能机床 即通用车床，加工范围广，万能型大，但结构比较复杂，适用于单件小批量生产，如普通车床、万能升降台铣床等。 （2） 专门化车床 专门加工一定尺寸范围的一类或几类零件某一道或几道工序，适 合于成批生产，如曲轴车床、凸轮轴车床、铣端面打中心孔机床等。 （3） 专门机床 用于某一种零件某一道特定的工序，适合于大批量生产，如组合机床。 3. 按机床的工作精度又可分为： （1）））） stator.
