DOC2WEB操作手册生成说明 软件准备 Macrobject Word-2-CHM 转换专家 3.0.0.135 注册版 在 “\\gis\02.常用工具$\操作手册制作工具\word2chm”下载“Macrobject Word-2-CHM 3.0.0.135.rar”，解压后安装。 第一次运行时注册，打开Macrobject Word-2-CHM，点击“注册”按钮如下图： 弹出注册框，如下图 在解压后的Macrobject Word-2-CHM的文件目录，找到注册信息文件，如下图 打开后将注册信息，填入注册页面，完成注册。 chm2web2.85 在\\gis\02.常用工具$\操作手册制作工具\chm2web 下载chm2web2.85.rar，下载后解压即可。 制作 word转chm格式 打开Macrobject Word-2-CHM软件，如下图设置： 1 选择你要转换的word目标文档 2 转换后的chm文档保存路径（注意：这里一定要设置成英文文件名和路径，且路径中不能含有空格） 3 设置chm文档内部的标题 完成设置后，点击按钮，弹出 开始转换格式，稍等一会后转换完成。 chm转换为chm_web 仅Macrobject Word-2-CHM 3.0.0.135制作的CHM文件可通过chm2web2.85转换成WEB文件； 转换的WORD文件不能有中文路径及中文名称或含空格路径。 打开chm2web2.85软件， 设置 点击图标，在“General”页面如下图设置： 1 设置原文件路径 2 转换后文件保存路径 3 首页名称，可默认 4 选择转化后编号，（注意一定要选择gb2312,不然生成后，会出现乱码） 点击如下图所示： 1 设置转换后，html的标题名称 2 设置帮助文件的目录名称 3 设置帮助文件的索引名称 4 设置帮助文件的有哪些信誉好的足球投注网站标题名称 点击“Campatibility”如下图设置 经过实践，一定要选择第一项，第三项，第5项后，其他视情况认定，生成的帮助文件，才不会出现乱码和格式错误，几乎和chm格式文档，展示完全相同。 设置完成后，点击或者点击bulid页面的的图标，开始转换。 转换后，打开保存路径里面的index.html页面，弹出 点击“允许”，后进入帮助手册页面，如果出现乱码，在页面右键，弹出 选择“自动选择”或者合适的编码。帮助手册页面如图所示： stator.
