精密空调维护手册 ——约顿JMD20 成都奥比科技有限公司 二O一一年七月目录 一 工作状态信息查看 2 二 常见告警信息处理 3 三 几种开关和压缩机电源 9 四 日常维护 10 一 工作状态信息查看 1）外观说明 图 1图 2 温湿度指示区：界面显示“24.2℃ 55.5%”即当前1号空调的回风温度及湿度。 “ ”风机运行， “”除湿运行,“”制冷运,“”加热运 ”蒸汽图形加湿运行，罐底的正三角型表示上水阀开,倒三角形表示排 机器运行状态区：显示有无报警和工作状态。 日期和时间指示区：显示当前的日期和时间。 二 常见告警信息处理 1）压缩机高压 原因：压缩机长时间工作或压缩机内压力调节不够引起； 处理方法：打开精密空调正面下挡板（此板关闭不严，将会使上进风不好） 图 3图 4图 5 图 6图 7图 8图 910 各种空开和外机电源 图中所示：1,风机空开；2,制冷（压缩机空开）；3,制热空开；4,加湿（除湿）空开；5，总电阀，向左转90度即关闭空调电源，反之则打开。 红色箭头所示，左起第一根黑线，是外机运行电源，以钳形万用表测试：8.9A为外机运行状态，9.0－11.8A间跳变，说明外机在进行自动控速运转，长时间工作在高电流可能导致压缩机高压。 四 日常维护 所有的设备，要想使用好，正常运行，都离不开日常维护。以下几点需要注意： 1）外机清洗，每月对外机进行一次清洗。方法：关闭空调（主要是使外机停转），以足量清水从扇叶上方向下冲洗，反复二到三次。 2）内机进风防尘板，每季度一次。方法：关闭压缩机（或空调）抽出挡板，冲洗干净，静置到无水流出即可装回。 3）日常检查，机房人员应每天不定时对空调运行状态进行抽检，并记录运行状态。 以上提供维护和临时问题处理方法，如有问题及时联系技术人员： stator.
