目的： 规范进料检验（IQC）、成品最终检验（FQC）和开箱检验（QA）的抽样方案，统一检验 标准，确保进料、成品及出货产品的质量能满足规定的要求。 适用范围: 适用本公司进料检验（IQC）、成品最终检验（FQC）和开箱检验（QA）的所有原料、成品。 参考标准。 MIL－STD－105E； GB/T2828.1-2003 / ISO2859-1:1999。 主要职责与权限: IQC、FQC及QA负责执行本规定； 质量部负责监督执行并视产品实际情况制定、修改本规定。 具体运作 进料检验（IQC）。 抽样标准：一次抽样方案正常检查Ⅱ级检验水平进行。 检查严格度：正常检验。 抽样方式：随机抽样。 抽样批量：每一次来料作为一个检查批次。 以上规定了进料检验通用抽样检验标准，部分物料特别规定的除外，参见免检物 料清单。特殊情况由质量部经理决定。 成品最终检验（FQC） 外观、功能及通话、送话功能：100%全检；特殊情况由质量部经理决定。 开箱检验（QA） 抽样标准：一次抽样方案正常检查Ⅱ级检验水平进行。 检验严格度：正常检验 抽样方式：随机抽样 以上规定了QA检验通用抽样检验标准。特殊情况由质量部经理决定。 ：抽样步骤： 6.1 确定选择批量； 6.2 确定允收质量水准（AQL值）； 审　　批： 编 写： 6.3 由批量和允收水准，在表中查找样本大小； 6.4 由样本大小和允收水准查得抽样方案，求的允收数AC和拒收数RE； 6.5 抽样查表时发现样本数大于或等于批量数时，该批量产品需进行100%全检； 6.6 在抽样查表时，样本数与AQL值允收标准，MA或MI采用箭头向上或向下的第一个抽样方案。 抽样方案见附表1-3 附表： 附表1：正常检验一次抽样方案。 8.2 附表2：加严检验一次抽样方案。 8.3 附表3：放宽检验一次抽样方案。 产品抽样作业指导书 文件编码： 生效日期： 年 月 日 版　　本： 页　号：1/5 stator.
