 Division/Department: Supply Chain Department 部门: 物流部 Job title: Material Warehouse Keeper 职位名称: 物料仓库管理员 Reports to: Supply Chain Manager 汇报对象: 物流经理 Responsibilities: 岗位职责: Number of subordinates: 0 下属人数: 0 Leadership style (for managers only): 领导风格(仅就经理之职): Responsibilities: 职责: Responsible for the material in the warehouse 负责仓库的物料； Responsible for the warehouse management : to receive and send the goods 负责仓库的管理:收发货物； Responsible for the stock accuracy 对库存的精确性负责； Responsible for packing and to do the documents for the spare-parts order. 负责备件的包装并为销售备件订单准备相关的文件。 Contents of the job: 工作内容: Warehouse Management: 仓库管理: To receive the goods (including raw material, out-sourcing parts, semi-finished products, auxiliary material, tools) from the supplier, and put them in the QC area. 从供应商处收货(包括毛坯、外购件、半成品、辅料、工具), 并放置待检区内； To check the quantity and drawing number according to the delivery form 根据交货单核对货物数量和图号； To send the goods: check the quantity of the goods to be delivered (including raw material, semi-finished products and finished products), and put them in the delivery area. 发送货物:核对发货数量（包括毛坯、半成品和成品），并将其放置交货区； Stock record: to record all the warehouse inflows and outflows in the warehouse record book. 手工登记库存账目:对所有进出仓库的物料进行手工登帐； To check the quantity and surface quality for the returned sub-contracted parts 对送回的外加工零件的数量和外部质量进行检查。 Reporting: 汇报: Position holder Supervisor: 该职位的直接主管希望得到如下汇报: Want a report if there are problems in the stock（include process problem, missing parts,…） 有关库存异常的报告 (包括仓储流程问题、零部件的遗失,…)； Want the stock status report 库存状况的汇报。 Position holder: 任职人认为需要向直接主管提供如下汇报: Report the received material form, which must be signed by the Supply Chain Manager 收料单必须交由物流经理签字； Report the list of goods to be sent, which must be signed by the Supply Chain Manager (the position holder makes the list according to the Supply Chain Manager preparation work) 发货清单须由物流经理签字( 该职位承担者根据物流经理的准备工作编制发货清单)； Report stock problems to the Supply Chain Manager 向物流经理汇报库存问题。
