北京中国租船公司期租合同［适用出租人］ 现有规范如附表所描述的摩托／蒸汽船号的船东??????????（地址??????????）与租船人北京中国对外贸易运输总公司于本日相互达成协议如下： IT　IS　THIS　THIS　DAY　MUTUALLY AGREED between　??????????（address of office:　??????????） Owners of the　??????????　motor/steamvessel called　??????????　described in the form attached hereto and China National Foreign Trade Transportation Corporation of Peking，as Charterers as follows. 1．船舶规范　 1.Vessels Description 船东保证，在交船之日以及在整个租期内，本船应与附表规范相符，如有不符，租金应予以降低，足以赔偿租船人由此受到的损失。 The Owners warrant that at the date of delivery and throughout the　period of service under this Charter the Vessel to be of the description set out in the Form attached hereto. Should the vessel fail to comply in any respect with the said description， hire to be reduced to the extent necessary to indemnify Charterers for such failure. 2．船舶状况 2.Vessels　Condition　 船东保证，在交船之日以及在整个租期内，本船应紧密、坚实、牢固，处于良好工作状态，在各方面适于货运，船壳、机器、设备处于充分有效状态，并按规定人数配齐合格的船长，船员和水手。 The Owners warrant that at the date of delivery and throughout the period of service under this Charter， the vessel to be tight， staunch， strong， in good order and condition， in every fit for the cargo service， with her hull， machinery and equipment in a thoroughly efficient state and with a full and efficient complement of Master， Officers and Crew. 3．租期 3.Period 船东供租，租船人承租本船??????????日历月（确切租期由租船人选择），从本船交付之时起租。 The Owners let， and the Charterers hire the Vessel for a period of　??????????calendar　months　（exact　period　at Charterers option） commencing from the time of delivery of the Vessel. 4．航行范围 4.Trading　 本船在伦敦保险人学会保证条款的范围内（但不包括??????????），川航于本船能经常安全浮起的（但同样大的船舶照例安全搁底的地点可以不浮起），安全港口、锚地或地点，进行合法贸易，在船东保险人承担的情况下，租船人可派船在许可外的地区，进行贸易，也可随意派船到船东需要支付兵险附加保费的地区进行贸易。不论哪种情况，船壳、机器附加保费由租船人负担，但该附加保费不得超过按照伦敦保险人最低费率的最少险别所征收的保费，其保险条件不得扩大学会按期保险条款（1／10／1970）的标准格式或学会兵险条款（1／7／1976）的标准格式，但不包括封锁和围困险，租船人在收到有关凭证或因租船人需要，收到保单附本时将附加保费付还船东，如附加保费有回扣，应退还租船人，船壳、机器保额定为??????????，保费即按此计算，但如果保单记载的船壳、机器保额与上列金额不符，则取较少的金额计算。 The Vessel to be employed in lawful trades betwee
