高性能水力活塞抽油成套设备 摘要 梁式抽油设备与石油工业同步产生，沿用100多年，目前仍是机械采油设备的主流设备，由于抽油杆的存在，游梁式抽油设备效率低、抽汲深度有限、体积大，重量重、适用性差，成为制约石油工业发展的瓶颈。水力活塞抽油设备性能优良，但存在价格高、可靠性差、寿命短、运行费用高的致命缺点，以至逐渐退出应用领域。人们一直在试图找到一种能替代游梁式抽油设备的高性能机械采油设备，国内油田及制造企业一直在努力创新, 其中试验，应用的各种新型抽油机有一百多种，数万台，都没有实现根本的突破，无法取代游梁式抽油设备。这些努力主要都围绕改进和完善游梁式抽油设备展开。无法突破有杆泵技术性能低的天花板，一直没有找到合适的方向。长期以来对水力活塞抽油设备研发不足，其实水力活塞抽油设备缺点和不足是可以克服的，克服了关键缺点的水力活塞抽油设备可以成为高性能的机械采油设备。 关键词：机械采油设备；游梁式抽油设备；水力活塞抽油设备 Whole set equipment of high-performance hydraulic driving oil pumping Abstract: Beam-pumping unit came up with petroleum industry which has been used for more than a century. And now it is still the mainstream for the artificial lift equipment. However, due to the existing of sucker rod, there are some disadvantages such as low efficiency, limitation of oil pumping depth, big and heavy equipment, and lack of availability. These disadvantages can be a bottleneck for petroleum industry development. On the contrary, hydraulic driving pumping oil installation is of good performance. But its drawback is obvious: poor reliability, short life, high price, and high operating costs. These factors are fatal flaws that prevent it from continuing in use. People have been looking for a type of high-performance artificial lift equipment to replace beam-pumping unit. Oil field at home and manufacturers are always trying to improve and innovate products. At present in China there are more than 100 kinds of new pumping unit for testing and application. But in these tens of thousands of equipments are with no major breakthrough to replace beam-pumping unit. They focus on improving and perfecting beam-pumping unit rather than trying to break through the glass ceiling of sucker rod pump with low technical performance. For a long time, there are some shortages in the aspect of research and development in the hydraulic pistons pumping equipments.
