摘 要
液压系统的故障其实是液压的动力元件、执行元件、调节控制元件、辅助元件、工作介质以及冲击和气穴等引起的系列性、不可避免性问题,然而,做好维护和检修就要准确地、全面地、实质性地、实时地掌握液压系统的工作状
况,能够及时保障系统正常运行。
因此,为了快速简便而又准确地做好液压系统的故障诊断与维修,简单地可以分成三方面:液压系统的故障诊断常用方法、各元件间故障及排除方法和系统的维护。所以,液压系统工作时的所出现的问题,基本上可以根据上述思路做出分析判断,然后解决出现的故障,最后查出故障所在,使系统恢复正常工作。

Abstract
Hydraulic system breakdown is actually the hydraulic pressure power part, the functional element, the regulating control part, assists the part, the actuating medium as well as the impact and the air pocket and so on the series nature, the inevitable question which causes, however, completes the maintenance and the overhaul must, substantive, real-time grasp the hydraulic system accurately, comprehensively the working. Conditions can safeguard the system normal operation promptly.
Therefore, for fast completes the hydraulic system easily and also accurately the breakdown diagnosis and the service, may divide into three aspects simply: between hydraulic system breakdown diagnosis commonly used method, various parts breakdown and elimination method and system maintenance. Therefore, time the hydraulic system work appears the question, basically may act according to the above mentality to make the analysis j
