两种剂量硼替佐米联合双膦酸盐治疗多发性骨髓瘤骨病临床对比研究 【摘要】目的: 探讨临床疗效及安全性。方法：研究对象选取我院201年月-2015年月收治多发性骨髓瘤骨病患者共150例，以随机区组法分为A组B组，分别治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效，生活质量改善率、治疗前后NRS评分、IL-6、CRP水平及发生率等。结果：组患者临床疗效差异统计学意义（p0.05）；组患者生活质量改善率显著高于A组，差异有统计学意义（p0.05）；组患者治疗后NRS评分IL-6及CRP水平差异统计学意义（p0.05）；（p0.05）；组患者发生率均显著低于A组，差异有统计学意义（p0.05）结论：可有效改善生活质量降低作用发生风险。 【关键词】硼替佐米；多发性骨髓瘤骨病； Clinical comparative study of two kinds of bortezomib doses in combination with bisphosphonates in the treatment of multiple myeloma ?? Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of conventional dose and reduction dose of bortezomib in combination with bisphosphonates in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Methods 150 patients with multiple myeloma were chosen in the period from March 2011 to July 2015 and randomly divided into 2 groups including A group (75 patients) with conventional dose of bortezomib and B group (75 patients) with reduction dose of bortezomib on the basis of bisphosphonates; and the clinical effect, the improvement rate of life quality, NRS score, levels of IL-6 and CRP before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse effects of 2 groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the clinical effects between 2 groups（p0.05）. The improvement rate of life quality of group was significantly better than A group（p0.05）. The NRS score, levels of IL-6 and CRP after treatment between 2 groups（p0.05）. Theneutrophil reduction and thrombocytopenia between 2 groups（p0.05）. The incidence of BiPN, nausea and vomiting, herpes zoster and fatigue of group was significantly lower than A group（p0.05）. Conclusion onventional dose and reduction dose of bortezomib in combination with bisphosphonates in the treatment of multiple myeloma possess the same effects including pain relief and disease progression control; but reduction dose of bortezomib application can efficiently improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.?
