工业点焊机的设计 摘 要 点焊机又称电阻焊机,是利用被焊工件的自身的电阻,在局部通过大电流产生高温而使工件熔接起来的焊接设备。由于热量来源于工件的内部,因此电阻焊机有着广泛的运用。我国电阻焊技术经历了工频交流、直流脉冲、三相低频、次极整流、微机控制和质量监控技术水平的提升过程。目前,我国采用微机控制的次极整流的点/缝焊机、带恒流输出的质量控制电阻焊机的应用已较为普遍,电阻焊质量控制理论和技术、各种通用及专用电阻点/缝焊机、成套设备的研究和应用已较为普遍和成熟,接近国际先进水平。电阻焊Industrial spot welding machine Abstract Also known as resistance spot welding machine, welder was using pieces of their own resistance, in the local heat generated through the high-current welding of workpieces up welding equipment.
