区域国家级旅游资源开发研究 ——以泉州为例 摘要 泉州是国务院首批公布的历史文化名城之一，是中国优秀旅游城市，蕴含着丰富的旅游资源。而国家级旅游资源作为一个地区旅游业发展的重要乃至主要吸引物，对其进行合理开发和利用，有助于当地旅游业的发展。本文介绍分析了泉州国家级旅游资源的种类、数量、分布特征及其价值地位，进一步探讨了泉州国家级旅游资源的开发现状、成功经验及存在的问题，并对泉州国家级旅游资源开发战略提出若干建议，即坚持可持续发展、优先保护与开发、区域资源整合、目的地形象宣传、建立特色旅游带、设计专题旅游线路和旅游产品。国家级旅游资源开发是一项复杂的系统工程，只有建立区域旅游开发理念、有效整合相关资源、坚持可持续发展道路，才能充分发挥国家级旅游资源的优势，从而带动旅游业的整体发展。 ［关键词］国家级旅游资源，合理开发，资源整合，可持续发展 Regional National Tourism Resources Development Research Abstract Quanzhou is one of the historical and cultural cities council announced first and Chinas excellent tourism city, which contains rich traveling resources. As the important and even the main attractions, the national tourism resources carry on the rational development and utilization, and help to the development of local tourism. This paper introduces and analyses the types, volume, and characteristics of the value status of national tourism resources in Quanzhou, further discusses the current situation, successful experience and the existing problems of the Quanzhou national tourism resources, and puts forward some suggestions to the national tourism resource development, such as to maintain sustainable development, priority protection and development, regional resources integration, destination image publicity, establish special tourism belt, design subject tourism lines and tourism products.
