江苏省农村剩余劳动力转移对城镇化的影响分析 摘 要 近几年来，江苏省在经济和社会的发展上都取得了令人瞩目的成绩。然而，在经济飞速增长的同时，一些矛盾和不和谐也在经济增长的内部渐渐显现出来，尤其是城乡收入、社会福利、环境差距的逐渐拉大。现在，江苏省的农村剩余劳动力的转移不仅存在着老矛盾同时也面临着新问题，这在我国国内具有一定的代表性。 本文参考了国外的一些理论研究，它们分析了农村剩余劳动力转移的原因和农村剩余劳动力的影响因素。同时，还借鉴了国内的一些研究者的文献著作，其中主要阐述了农村剩余劳动力转移与城镇化的影响关系。文章主要通过这些农村劳动力转移及城镇化的经验得失，并结合了我国及江苏的实际情况，针对江苏省的农村剩余劳动力及城镇化的现状进行了相应研究，用托达罗的推拉理论分析了江苏省农村剩余劳动力转移的原因，继而，按照测算出来的农村剩余劳动力转移的相关数据及事实，总结归纳出了江苏省的农村剩余劳动力的转移特点。剖析并阐述了影响江苏省城镇化建设的因素，对影响城镇化的要素进行相关量化分析，得到了主要的影响指标，最后根据这些影响要素构建模型，对模型结果进行分析总结。然后，结合江苏的实际情况来进行分析，并提出相应的建议和对策。 关键词：江苏省 农村剩余劳动力转移 城镇化 The Influence of Rural Surplus Labor Transfer on Urbanization in Jiangsu Abstract In recent years, Jiangsu Province has made ??remarkable achievements on the economic and social development. However, while the economy grows rapidly and stably, some contradictions and internal discord also gradually emerged in the growth of economy, particularly the gradually widening gap in the urban-rural income, social welfare and environment.
