本科毕业论文 题目名称：康明斯发动机分类及应用情况的研究 学 院： 专业年级： 学生姓名： 班级学号： 指导教师： 二XXX年 六 月 五 日 摘要 发动机作为动力源是汽车及各种工程机械的核心部分。现代汽车及工程机械工业对发动机的动力性、燃油经济性等各种性能的要求越来越高。本文对康明斯发动机PT结构及工作原理和CAPS蓄压共轨系统的主要性能参数进行分析，阐述了康明斯发动机重型汽车系列中冷却系统和润滑系统的工作系统原理及其主要性能参数。系统论述了康明斯发动机在工程机械中的应用类型及其工作原理，分析了B3.3、A系列系统的结构特点。最后对康明斯发动机在客车领域的类型结构特点进行了归纳，并介绍了其ISL型9L全电控柴油机和ISM型全电控柴油机系统的主要性能特点。 关键词　康明斯； 发动机； 应用 Abstract The engine as a source of power is the heart of the automobiles and various construction machineries. Modern cars and various construction machineries are making more and more requirements for the engine’s performances such as dynamic quality, fuel consumption etc. This paper makes an analysis to the Cummins engine’s structure of PT and principle of work as well as the main performance parameters of CAPS common rail accumulator system, elaborates the principle of work of Cummins engine’s heavy trucks series and their main performance parameters. The types of Cummins engines applies on construction machineries and their principle of work are discussed systematically, and the system of B3.3、A series are perspicaciously analyzed. At the end induces Cummins engine’s types and structure characteristics in coach area, and presents the major performance feathers of the electric diesel engines (ISL model, 9L and ISM model).
