黄瓜种子成熟前后的生理指标变化 孙玉良,邱岸1,曹齐卫2,张卫华2,王秀峰1*,孙小镭2* (1.山东农业大学园艺科学与工程学院,山东泰安 2710182;2.山东省农业科学院蔬菜研究所,国家蔬菜改良中心山东分中心,山东设施蔬菜生物学重点实验室,山东济南 250100) 摘要:本文以高代自交系137-h华北型黄瓜为试材,探讨了黄瓜种子成熟前后的生理指标变化。结果表明,随着采收期的增长,黄瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势和千粒重呈现先增长后降低,在32天至35天左右达到最高峰;种子中蛋白质含量、SOD活性和POD含量呈现先增长后降低,而果肉中蛋白质含量、SOD活性和POD含量呈现先降低后升高又降低的变化,并且种子中蛋白质含量、SOD活性和POD含量峰值较果肉中出现的稍晚;种子中α-淀粉酶活性持续降低,脱氢酶含量呈现先升高后降低,可溶性糖含量与淀粉含量呈负相关增长,随着种子的发育进程,可溶性糖向淀粉转化。 关键词:采收期;黄瓜;种子 中图分类号: S642.2 文献标识码:A Some physiological changes during seed maturation of cucumber SUN Yuliang1, QIU An1, CAO Qiwei2, ZhANG Weihua2, WANG Xiufeng1*,SUN Xiaolei2* (1. Abstract: Advanced cucumber inbred line 137-h was used as materials to investigate the physiological changes during seed maturation of cucumber. The results showed that, with the extension of harvest time, the germination rate, germinability and thousand seed weight increased first and then decreased and reached a peak in about 32-35 days; protein content, SOD activity and POD content levels increased first and then decreased, however, pulp protein content, SOD activity and POD content levels decreased at first, then increased and decreased at last, and the peaks of seed protein content , SOD activity and POD content appeared later than the flesh; the activity of α-amylase of seeds continued to decrease, dehydrogenase content increased first and then decreased, soluble sugar content was negatively correlated with starch content, with the seed development process, the soluble sugar converted into starch.
