Modern Office Not long ago, offices were places where legions of similarly dressed people arrived at the same time ,sat in neat rows of desks and performed nearly identical task. Everybody vacated and return the office in exactly time. It was boring, but at least you know what to expect and how to act. But that was then, this is now: 1.casuaally dressed people come and go at different time 2.compnies have reduced office sizes and moved them closer together 3.Some people share offices and some people have no assigned office 4.There is often a kitchen on-site employees make their own meals anytime, and there are snacks available. Modern Office although a relaxed work environment ,has many advantages for worker, new work conditions can create confusion, frustration and stress when noise and other distractions are common. Office Automation It refers to the varied computer machinery and software used to digitally create, collect, store ,manipulate, and relay office information needed for accomplishing basic task and goals.
