修改意见在批注里面,好好修改一下！！ 同期不变换体位行胸腔镜双侧肺大泡切除术效果探讨 于文江 刘丽 贾伟 岳志 余辉 骆东峰 【摘要】目的：观察同期不变换体位行胸腔镜双侧肺大泡切除术的临床疗效。方法：选取2007年1月到2013年5月期间在我院住院治疗的胸部螺旋CT明确诊断40例双侧肺大泡患者作为研究对象。随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采取常规的开胸手术，实验组采取同期不变换体位行胸腔镜双侧肺大泡切除术。结果：采取同期不变换体位行胸腔镜双侧肺大泡切除术的实验组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、下床活动时间、疼痛时间以及术后引流明显低于采取常规开胸手术的对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）；实验组切口感染、肺部感染、复张性肺水肿、包裹性胸腔积液、肺功能不全术后并发症发生率明显低于采取常规开胸手术的对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论：同期不变换体位行胸腔镜双侧肺大泡切除术临床效果显著。 【关键词】同期不变换体位；胸腔镜；双侧肺大泡切除；临床疗效 Study on Effects of Unchanged Body Position in Same Term in Bilateral Bullae of Lung Excision with Thoracoscope [Abstract] Objective: to observe the clinical effects of unchanged body position in the same term in bilateral bullae of lung excision with thoracoscope. Method: 40 cases of patients with bilateral bullae of lung treated in our hospital from January 2005 to June 2013 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into experiment group and control group, and patients in the control group were treated with routine thoracotomy, while those in the experiment group were treated with bilateral bullae of lung excision with thoracoscope in unchanged body position in the same term. Results: the duration of operation, amount of bleeding during operation, length of staying in hospital, activity time off bed, pain time, and drainage after operation of patients in the experiment group were obviously lower than those of patients in the control group and the difference has a statistical significance (P0.05); the infection of incisional wound, pulmonary infection, reexpansion pulmonary edema, pleural effusion, the complication rate after operation which is resulted by pulmonary insufficiency in the experiment were obviously lower than those of patients whose were adopted routine thoracotomy in the control group. The difference has a statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion: thoracoscope with thoracoscope in unchanged body position in the same term have great clinical effects.
