国内外工业工程专业核心能力培养比较研究摘 要目前，随着我国高等教育体制改革进一步深化，工业工程专业的招生规模进一步扩大，使得每年工业工程专业的毕业生数量在不断地增加，但是工业工程者的综合素质和能力达不到社会的需求，使得工业工程专业人才不仅面临着日趋激烈的社会需求竞争压力，而且也增加了社会需求难度，当然影响工业工程专业人才综合素质和能力的原因有很多，不仅有自身等内在因素，同时也有学校对工业工程专业人才培养模式的影响。本文在对国内外大学具有影响的工业工程专业本科培养计划调查的基础上,对各学校工业工程本科教育的专业计划、课程体系及教学内容进行了分析比较,并归纳总结了国内外大学在培养目标、课程设置、课程比例以及课程时数方面的异同。基于上述分析和比较,对我国高等院校工业工程专业本科教育的培养目标和课程体系设计提出了建议。关键词：工业工程；核心能力；对比研究The comparative study industrial engineering professional core ability training at home and abroadAbstraet：At present, along with our country higher education system reform deepening, the recruitment of students scale of industrial engineering to further expand, the annual number of industrial engineering graduates in constant increase, but the industrial engineering is a comprehensive quality and ability can not reach the demand of the society, makes the industrial engineering professionals not only faced with the increasingly fierce social needs the pressure of competition, but also increased the social demand is difficult, of course influence industrial engineering professionals there are many reasons for the comprehensive quality and ability, not only has its internal factors such as, at the same time, there are the influence of the school of industrial engineering personnel training mode. In this paper, influence of industrial engineering at the university of bachelor program survey, on the basis of professional plan of each school of industrial engineering undergraduate education, analyses and compares the course system and teaching content, and summarized the domestic and foreign university in proportion to the training objectives, curriculum setting, curriculum, and the similarities and differences between class hours. Based on the above analysis and comparison of colleges and universities of our country industrial engineering undergraduate education training goal and course system design are proposed.Key words：Industrial engineering; Core competence.
