长春汽车工业高等专科学校 继续教育学院毕业论文（设计） 中文题目：英文题目：毕业专业：工商企业管理学生姓名：准考证号：0指导教师：宋铭宇中文摘要 丰田生产方式是汽车行业内备受推崇的一种生产运作方式，在汽车行业之外也有着深远的影响。中国企业早在八十年代初就开始了对丰田生产方式的学习、引进和吸收，但成效甚微。作者针对这一情况进行了分析并提出了独到的观点。 作者认为一个企业推行丰田生产方式首先要在企业战略上进行明确的定位：只有坚定不移的将低成本战略作为自己企业的发展战略，企业才具有推行丰田生产方式的基础。其后，作者结合丰田生产方式倡导的“零库存”等概念。提出了应该通过供应链重组优化推行丰田生产方式的外部环境，尤其针对中国企业普遍存在的供应商良莠不齐的现象，和丰田公司的供应商体系进行了比较，并结合具体企业的实例提出了应对方法：通过建立或改造适合企业实际情况的供应链来满足企业推行丰田生产方式的内部要求。 关键词：丰田生产方式，供应链，内部要求ABSTRACT Toyota?mode of production?is a kind of production?mode of operation?within the automotive industry?respected,?must also have a profound effect?on theautomobile?industry.?China?enterprise?in the early eighty s?began to?Toyotaproduction?ways of learning,?introducing and absorbing,?but?with little success.?In view of?this situation?are analyzed and?put forward the original view.
