And check the homework. 授课内容分析、推导(突出教学内容要点,采用的教学方法等,要求简明扼要,若有与教材中相同的文字、表格、例题等要在教案上照抄,可注明教材页码。 ) Teaching Methods: Task-Based Language Teaching, Step2: Lead-in: Help student read an article about Biblical idioms in English and an article about a historic religious site. Step3: Presentation (1) Read the passage carefully to answer the following questions. 1. What is an idiom? 2. Which language was the Bible first written in? 3. Which idiom is often used to describe children? (2) Present the important language points to consolidate by doing exercises. (3) Help student to understand the function of the complicated sentences. Step 4: Learn to use the complicated sentences. 1. Long simple sentences 2. Compound sentences 3. Complex sentences 4. Complex-compound sentences Step 4: Practise Help student to practise the language points and useful phrases and the usage of grammar in a proper way Step 5: Homework 1. Grasp the new words and useful phrases 2. Finish the exercise in textbook P56-58 3.
