Methods: through researching literature and collecting relevant documents, and using the induction analytic method to explore. Results: The Chinese medicine industry has a broad development prospect, but to face the increasing competition and the growth of foreign overseas Chinese medicine, the Chinese medicine industry is still facing many problems. In the application of advanced management experience, the enterprises often can not be comprehensive and failed to fully using SWOT method to analyze the development of Chinese medicine when they’re considering questions and making decisions.
