伊犁师范学院 2014级本专科(函授)毕业论文 论文题目 : 作者姓名 : 班级 : 专业 : 学号 : 完成时间 : 伊犁师范学院 二〇一六年十月 薄透镜焦距测量的误差分析 内容摘要 透镜是最常用的光学元件,是构成显微镜、望远镜等光学仪器的基础。反映透镜特性的一个重要参数是焦距。测定薄透镜的焦距不单是一项产品检验工作,更重要的是为光学系统的设计提供依据。薄透镜焦距测定的实验原理非常简单,最常见的有自准法、物距像距法、共轭法三种,操作过程也不复杂,是最基础的光学实验。但是实验中总是出现一些测量误差,尽管测量数据比较集中,但三种方法测量结果并不吻合,无法达到精确测量,比如实验仪器引起的系统误差,由于人眼观测不确定引起的偶然误差以及测量方法所带来的不足之处等等,此文章将在反复测量的情况下,避免偶然误差,讨论三种测量方法引起的误差,以及在实验方面的改进方法,争取不断地完善实验原理,改进实验过程,精确实验数据。 关键词:薄透镜 焦距测量 测量原理 误差分析 Error analysis of thin lens focal length measurement Lens is the most commonly used optical element, is the foundation of the optical instruments such as microscopes and telescopes.
