In terms of my language skills, I have passed CET-4 and CET-6 and have mastered the basic ability to communicate in English. last summer, I joined my tutor to do geological field work in Qilian Mountains, where I mainly engaged in the fields of drilling geological observation, identification, core logging and so on. The environment was extremely tough. We climbed up snowy mountains and slept in tents. I think it was an important experience for my future job, since it improved my ability to endure hardships. Generally speaking, I am a confident, optimistic and hard working student. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and running. I also like running, Im going to run a half marathon next year,now I run twice a week, and run 5-10 kilometers at a time.that is all, thanks. 多对1面试： ??面试中国石化西南石油局的?项目经理??-??成都 面试经历： 自我介绍 面试形式是，多个面试官对一，面试官3到6人不等吧。我投的岗位是采购部的档案管理岗，面试我的有5个人，两男三女。其中一个主面试官是以年轻女性，穿着正装，其他都没穿正装，估计那主面是智联招聘的人，其他是中核的人。据有人反映面试很压抑，我感觉还好。首先主面来一段客套语和欢迎（恭喜）词什么的，然后让你自我介绍下，我不知怎么的，有点小紧张，事先想好的都没说好。不过我介绍完自己后，气氛很轻松，大家一直都是保持轻松微笑状态。 开始提问了，首先问了下我的教育背景，然后问我认为自己是一个什么样的人，对岗位有什么认识，再问我认为档案工作需不需要创新，再问我有什么缺点（对于这个问题的回答，我很搞，也引发了面试官的一些问题，后面再详细说） 再问我假如现在你被公司录取，在某次工作中，因你同事疏忽导致一个数据的错误，然后你同事有事不在，你来接手这项工作，而领导发现错误，就找到你批评一通，你怎么应对？ 领导指派你干
