以腹痛为首发症状的宫外孕误诊分析 　　【摘要】目的：对以腹痛为首发症状的宫外孕误诊病例进行临床分析。方法：以从2011年2月到2014年3月于我院就诊并被误诊为各类其它疾病的18例宫外孕误诊病例作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行研究分析。结果：18例误诊病例中，6例未停经，3例未婚，4例存在节育或不孕史；2例行阑尾炎切除术，另16例首诊误诊后，再由我院妇科多名资深医师共同鉴别，及时诊断为宫外孕，并进行手术治疗，术后病例检测证实诊断结果，本组患者中无死亡病例。结论：宫外孕为常见妇科急腹症，由于无停经史、节育或未婚隐瞒性生活等因素，均可能造成临床误诊，因此在临床诊断中，应对患者病史及临床症状充分掌握，切忌将节育、无停经史者轻率归为非宫外孕患者，对症状不典型病例应给予短时间严密复查，不要急于治疗，避免过早处理，防止医疗纠纷。 　　【关键词】腹痛；急腹症；宫外孕；误诊 　　Analysis of misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with abdominal pain as initial symptom 　　Zhou Liping 　　Sichuan Yibin 644000 peoples Hospital of Nanxi District 　　[Abstract] Objective： clinical analysis of misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with abdominal pain as initial symptom. Methods： from 2011 February to 2014 March in our hospital and 18 cases of ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosed as other diseases misdiagnosed as the research object， research and analysis of the clinical data.
