考虑多因素协调的梯级水电站群调度策略研究

贵州大学 电气工程学院,贵阳 550025贵州电网公司博士后工作站,贵阳 550002)摘要:考虑火电站的发电机组出力、能耗成本及污染排放三者之间梯级电站出力与水力耦合参数之间,以及水火电机组间综合效益基础上,建立了梯级水电站水量最小、火电能耗成本最低和污染排放最小的多目标综合节能调度模型;通过对含四个梯级水电站、三个火电厂的水火电系统进行仿真,优化结果验证了该算法的可行性,并具有较为明显的节能效果。

Study on power generation dispatch of cascade hydropower plants based on the coordination with multi-factors

Abstract: Optimal operation of cascade hydropower plants can make full use of water resources and maximize the benefit of power generation, energy-saving benefit between hydro and thermal power, and social benefit of flood-drought control. Therefore, this paper proposes a scheduling strategy for cascade hydropower plants considering the coordination of a variety of factors, and both the economic and social benefit are taken into accounts. The spill water of hydropower plants is decomposed into three parts: power generation spill, flood control spill and anti-drought spill. The concept of virtual power plant is introduced to represent the site of flood control spill, and its mathematic model is put forward. The comprehensive benefits of hydro and thermal power is considered, including the coordination of water scheduling, power output and energy cost and pollution emission of thermal plants, the coordination of power outputs of hydro plants, water flow of electric generation, power generation spill, flood control spill, anti-drought spill and other water power coupling parameters. So a comprehensive energy saving scheduling model is proposed with multi-objects of minimum water spill, minimum energy cost and pollution emission of thermal plants.
