软件服务企业的定价选择策略 摘要 多年来，我国软件服务企业持续快速发展，为推进现代化建设、转变发展方式、保障国家信息安全提供了重要支撑。尽管总体来看，经过多年的发展，我国软件服务企业整体水平有了很大的提高，已经具备了向更高层次发展的基础和条件，但软件服务企业发展依然存在五大突出问题。分别表现在，企业规模普遍偏小，集中度还不够高，竞争能力不够强；创新能力不足，自主可控的关键技术和产品远不能满足需求；国产软件应用效果参差不齐，推广力度亟待加强；人才结构矛盾突出，高层次、复合型人才缺乏，人才培养模式不能满足实际需求；软件和信息服务市场的进入、监管和退出机制不完善，存在隐患。与此同时，我国软件服务产业的不断扩大、经济的全球化、服务企业及研发向我国的转移、我国各行各业的信息化建设等等，都给软件企业带来了很好的机会。单纯的软件产品或者软件服务已经不能满足发展的需要，从探讨软件就是服务，强调软件创造客户价值，到提出解决方案的成功要素和成熟度模型，软件企业的转向将赢得更大的市场。 Abstract Over the years, the sustained and rapid development of Chinas software industry, promote the construction of modernization and the transformation of the mode of development, protect national security information provides important support.
