It is rich because there are different cultures in different districts. It is unique because the same culture in different districts has its unique meaning. Cultural differences have much impact on international trade. These effects often result in the failure of business negotiations. First, the paper expounds how cultural differences come into being. Then, some examples are given to explain how they influence international business negotiations. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems caused by cultural differences. Through reading this article, the readers can have a better understand of the most fundamental cultural differences that we come across in international business. Cultural differences are everywhere, which can not be avoided, but we can study them and try hand to bridge them. In this way we can make international business negotiations carry out smoothly and reach an agreement without any cultural barriers.
