System Design of Indoor Remote LED Lighting
ABSTRACT
In recent years, semiconductor lighting technology is gradually changing people’s lives as the technology of semiconductor lighting being more and more mature. LED(light emitting diode) is a light-emitting semiconductor component. It has been widely used for its numerous advantages of long life, high efficiency and energy saving, environmental protection and easy to control, and LED lighting is gradually replacing the traditional lighting. Simultaneously, the efficient LED driver and intelligent dimming technology has become a hot research spot.
In this thesis, we analysis the development situation of LED, and design a dimmable lighting system of remote controlled according the demand of people for indoor lighting.The 40W high-power LED driver has dual constant current-output, and the current of each channel could be adjustment continuously by remote controlled. The LED driver selected two-stage configuration in order to achieve high power factor and low cost. The first stage is an AC/DC transformation as constant voltage source, based on L6562A using a single-stage APFC flyback topology, and the output is used to be the input of the next stage; the next stage is DC/DC conversion using BUCK topology as constant current source, based on LM3404HV with PWM dimming interface. The
intelligent lighting control section consists of a handheld wireless transmitting module and the receiving nodes. Analysis and comparison of the current mainstream wireless control technology is given,control system is designed based on ATmega16 microcontroller and RF wireless transmitter / receiver module. We use the simple communication protocol which is defined by ourselves to encode and decode the wireless signal.
