Introduce oxymoron—a rhetorical device: There used a rhetorical device in the title桹xymoron. oWhat is oxymoron? An oxymoron puts two contradictory terms together to puzzle reader, luring him/ her to pause and explore why. Have Ss scan the first three paragraphs to find out the definition for “glorious messiness” (in Para. 3). Aim of the author used oxymoron here: “Glorious” is a commendatory term, while “messiness” is derogatory.
