病毒性肺炎胸部CT特点分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.68 　　摘 要 目的：总结病毒性肺炎胸部CT表现特点，进一步提高CT诊断水平。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治病毒性肺炎患者50例，所有患者均使用GE多排螺旋CT机进行检查和分析。结果：肺炎发生在左肺19例（38.0%），右肺22例（44.0%），双肺均有病变9例（18.0%）。肺炎形态表现统计，50例患者发生≥2种形态改变，其中表现为支气管血管束增粗12例，条索影14例，胸膜下网状影1例，小结节影12例，大片状实变影10例，支气管气象30例，碎石征26例，磨玻璃影41例。伴随改变表现为腋窝淋巴结增大6例，纵膈淋巴结增大8例，肺门增大6例，肺门影增宽、密度增强。右侧气胸1例，胸膜肥厚6例，胸腔积液22例，其中双侧均有胸腔积液16例，单侧胸腔积液6例。结论：病毒性肺炎CT主要表现为磨玻璃影及碎石征，而且多伴有胸腔积液。 　　关键词 病毒性肺炎 CT表现 磨玻璃影 碎石征 胸腔积液 　　Analysis of chest CT characteristics of viral pneumonia 　　Li Wei1，Wang Yue2 　　CT Department，the Economic Development Zone Center Hospital of Yingkou City，Liaoning 1150071 　　Radiology Department，the Center Hospital of Yingkou City，Liaoning 1150002 　　Abstract Objective：To summary chest CT characteristics of viral pneumonia，and to further improve the CT diagnosis.Methods：50 patients with viral pneumonia were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.All patients were examined and analyzed by the GE multi row spiral CT.Results：Pathological location：19 cases（38%） of pneumonia occurred in the left lung in，22 cases（44%） were the right lung，9 cases（18%） were double lung.Pneumonia form performance：50 patients had more than 2 kinds of morphological changes，among 12 cases were bronchial enlargement of blood vessel bundle，14 cases were core，1 case were subpleural reticular opacities，12 cases were nodules shadow，10 cases were large sheet consolidation shadows，30 cases were air bronchogram，26 cases were gravel syndrome，41 cases were ground-glass opacity.With the change：6 cases were the performance of axillary lymph node enlargement，8 cases were mediastinal lymph node enlargement，6 cases were pulmonary hilar enlargement，lung shadow broadening，enhanced density.1 case was right pneumothorax，6 cases were pleural thickening，22 cases were pleural effusion，among 16 cases were bilateral pleural effusion，6 cases were unilateral pleural effusion.Conclusion：The main manifestations of viral pneumonia CT mainly were ground glass opac
