知柏地黄汤加减治疗复发性口疮40例疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.55 　　摘 要 目的：观察评价知柏地黄汤对复发性口疮的临床疗效。方法：选择本院口腔科患者70例，随机分为治疗组40例，对照组30例。治疗组采用中药知柏地黄汤，对照组口服复合维生素B和泼尼松片治疗，观察所有患者的近期疗效和远期疗效。结果：近期疗效治疗组总有效率95.00%，对照组总有效率53.33%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。远期疗效治疗组总有效率85%，对照组总有效率40%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：知柏地黄汤治疗复发性口疮疗效较好，且未见明显不良反应。 　　关键词 复发性口疮 知柏地黄汤 疗效观察 　　Efficacy observation of Zhi Bai Di Huang soup in the treatment of 40 cases of recurrent aphthous 　　Zhang Shumin1，Yu Li2 　　Department of Stomatology，the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinyang County，Binzhou City，Shandong 2518001 　　Department of Stomatology，Binnan Hospital of Shengli Oilfield Administration（Binzhou City，Shandong），2566002 　　Abstract Objective：To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhi Bai Di Huang soup in the treatment of recurrent aphthous.Methods：70 patients of our hospital dental were selected.They were randomly divided into two group，40 cases in the treatment group，and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Zhi Bai Di Huang soup.The control group was treated with oral vitamin B complex and prednisone piece.The recent curative effect and long-term effect of two groups were observed.Results：The recent curative effect：the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%.The total effective rate of the control group was 53.33%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.The long-term curative effect：the total effective rate of the long-term treatment group was 85%.The total effective rate of the control group was 40%.The difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion：Zhi Bai Di Huang soup in the treatment of recurrent aphthous has a good effect，and no significant adverse reactions. 　　Key words Recurrent aphthous；Zhi Bai Di Huang soup；Efficacy observation 　　复发性口疮是口腔黏膜受邪热蒸灼，或失于气血荣养所致，以局部出现小溃疡、灼热疼痛、反复发作为特征的口腔黏膜病，为临床常见病、多发病。本证在《内经》中称为“口糜”、“口疮”或“口疡”。后世根据其临床表现及病机的不同，又有“口疳”、“口舌生疮”、“口中疳疮”、“口破”、“口内糜腐”等之称[1]。在西医又称为“复发性阿弗他溃疡”，患病率居口腔黏膜病之首，各国的流行病学调查显
