中西医结合治疗脑卒中睡眠障碍疗效观察60例 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.3.48 　　摘 要 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗脑卒中睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法：收治脑卒中睡眠障碍患者60例，随机分成西医治疗组和中西医结合组，每组各30例，西医治疗组给予舍曲林早晨顿服，50mg/日，中西医结合组在西医组治疗的基础上加服养血清脑颗粒4g/次，3次/日，两组均连续治疗8周。结果：西医治疗组痊愈11例，显著进步6例，进步3例，无效10例，总有效率66.7%，中西医结合治疗组痊愈15例，显著进步12例，进步2例，无效1例，总有效率96.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗脑卒中睡眠障碍疗效显著。 　　关键词 脑卒中 睡眠障碍 舍曲林 养血清脑颗粒 　　To observe the curative effect of stroke sleep disorders treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine 　　Sun Xueping 　　Neurology department of Henan Province second Peoples Hospital，451191 　　Abstract Objective：To discuss the curative effect of stroke sleep disorders treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods：To admit 60 cases of stroke sleep disorders patients from February 2012 to September 2013，randomly divide into western medicine treatment group and traditional Chinese and western medicine combined group，30 cases in each group.The western medicine treatment group received 50mg sertraline each morning meal served.On the basis of the treatment in the western medicine treatment group，traditional Chinese and western medicine combined group plus received Yangxueqingnao granule，4g/time，3 times/day.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results：In the western medicine treatment group：11 cases were cured，6 cases significant progress，3 cases progress，10 cases ineffective，the total effective rate was 66.7%.In traditional Chinese and western medicine combined group，15 cases were cured，12 cases significant progress，2 cases progress，1 case ineffective，the total effective rate was 96.7%，there were significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of stroke sleep disorders treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is remarkable，it is worth promoting. 　　Key words Stroke；Sleep disorders；Sertraline；Yangxueqingnao granule 　　脑卒中后睡眠障碍临床比较常见，是由多种因素引起的睡眠和觉醒正常节律性交替紊乱，导致睡眠量不正常以及睡眠中出现异常行为的现象，主要表现为失眠、过度睡眠、睡眠周期紊乱和异相睡眠[1
