内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期结直肠癌的围术期护理 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）治疗早期结直肠癌围术期护理的要点及其重要性。 方法 对2011年3月～2013年4月浙江省丽水市人民医院行ESD术的早期结直肠癌的56例患者进行回顾性调查分析，所有患者术前均对患者进行术前心理疏导及术前准备，术中静脉麻醉护理以及积极配合手术者术中操作和患者的生命体征监测，术后加强病情及并发症的观察与采用术后心理护理，降低患者的焦虑、烦躁等心理障碍。 结果 通过对ESD术患者的精心围术期护理，56患者中有8例患者术后出现血便，2例出现术后穿孔，其余46例患者并未发生其他严重并发症，严重并发症患者经过及时的对症处理及精心护理后，所有患者均治愈出院。 结论 完善的术前准备及护理宣教，全程的术中监护，精心的术后护理，对取得ESD治疗术的成功起到积极作用。 　　[关键词] 内镜黏膜下剥离术；早期结直肠癌；围术期护理 　　[中图分类号] R573 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）02（b）-0139-03 　　The perioperative nursing care of endoscopic submocous dissection for early rectal cancer 　　YING Chunxiao1 YING Xiuhua1 ZHENG Qiuxia1 LI Hongguang1 WANG Liang2 　　1.Department of Intensive Care Unit， the People′s Hospital of Lishui City in Zhejiang Province， Zhejiang Province， Lishui 323000， China； 2.Department of General Surgery， the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University in Zhejiang Province， Suzhou 215006， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the points and the importance of perioperative nursing care of endoscopic submocous dissection for early rectal cancer. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted for the clinical records of 56 cases with early colorectal cancer under endoscopic submocous dissection from March 2012 to April 2013， psychological care and examination preparation support for the parent were provided before operation， intravenous anesthesia， life sign monitorship and cooperation with the surgeon during the operation； while management of postoperative nursing and mentorship were focused on after the operation. Results All 56 cases with peri operation period nursing meticulously， 8 cases of patients with postoperative appear blood， 2 patients had postoperative perforation， after symptomatic treatment and nursing timely， the other 46 patients did not have other serious complications， all patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion The ESD is currently the preferred solution to early colorectal cancer， with a high level of safety， few complications. It is suggested
