基层医院房颤抗凝治疗现状 　　【摘 要】目的：我国目前已进入老龄化社会，随着人们生活水平的提高，疾病谱也随之改变，心血管疾病的发病有明显上升趋势，特别高血压病、心衰、卒中的发病率明显上升，目前全国高血压患者有2.7亿，高血压病、年龄又是房颤的易发因素，而房颤又是心衰的发生发展，及卒中发生的一个独立危险因素，21世纪以来，对高危非瓣膜心房颤动（房颤）的抗凝治疗得到了空前重视，全世界几乎每年都有房颤的防治指南，房颤极高的卒中率，而卒中的极高致死率及致残率，对患者的生活及国家医保带来了极大负担。我国医学正在发展之中，很多疾病的治疗还力道不足，特别对我们基层医院可以说是摸着石头过河，基层医院是我国医疗卫生事业的主战场，对于房颤患者的防治基层医院有极大地难点，笔者收录了在新都区医院（国家二级甲等医院）住院的200名房颤患者的房颤患者相关信息，从中来分析基层医院房颤抗凝治疗的现状。 　　【中图分类号】R54 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-7484（2013）05-0056-02 　　【Abstract】Objective： China has entered the aging society， along with the improvement of peoples living standard， along with the change of spectrum of disease， cardiovascular diseases have a clear upward trend， stroke， heart failure， especially hypertension incidence increased obviously， currently there are 270000000 patients with hypertension， hypertension， age is also a factor easy to atrial fibrillation and atrial fibrillation， and the occurrence and development of heart failure， since twenty-first Century， one of the independent risk factors， and stroke， for high-risk non-valvular atrial fibrillation （AF） anticoagulant therapy has been unprecedented attention， prevention guidelines around the world almost every year for atrial fibrillation， the high rates of stroke in atrial fibrillation stroke， and high mortality and disability rate， on the life and the national medical insurance patients bring great burden.
