钾肥的施用量对羽衣甘蓝抗寒性的影响(

摘要:本试验以羽衣甘蓝为材料,采用单因素(钾肥)随机区组法设计。共设计四个处理,分别为A(0.66%)、B(0.69%)、C(0.73%)、D(0.77%),以清水为对照。研究钾肥对羽衣甘蓝抗寒性的影响。结果表明:随着钾肥使用浓度的增加,叶片组织的总含水量依次增大,但是都低于对照;可溶性糖的含量随使用钾肥浓度的增加而增加;细胞膜透性与丙二醛含量的测定结果表现出的变化并不明显,仅能说明细胞膜透性测定中C处理能增强抗寒性.而丙二醛含量的测定中,A和D处理能增强抗性。

Effects of Using Potash Fertilizer on Cold Resistance of Kales

Abstract: The experiment used kales as material, adopted the single factor randomized block experiment. There were four treatment, their concerntration were as follewings: A(0.66%)、B(0.69%)、C(0.73%)、D(0.77%) ,and a control treated by water. In seedling stage of kales, K fertilizer foliar spray was carried out. In Rosette stage, we tested the changes of physiological indicators in leaves about cold resistance, such as total water content, the content of soluble sugar, membrane permeability and content of MDA etc, to study the effects of K fertilizer on cold resistance of kales. The result showed: The differences among different treatments and different concerntration of each indicators were significant with the increasing of K fertilizer utilization. The total water content of leaves increased by consequence and treatment C was the highest, followed by treatment D. However, they were all lowerest than control. The content of soluable grew up with the increasing of K fertilizer utilization. The changes of membrane permeability and content of MDA were not obvious, it could be concluded that , at the test about membrane permeability treatment C could enhance cold resistance . While A and D could enhance cold resistance at the test of content of MDA.
