The lifting device lift or fall the scrape plate at regular time (regular distance) to scrape the mud and sand to the mud collection trough and then discharge. 三、安装Installation （一）、导轨的安装the installation of guides 轨道排直后，将垫板与预埋钢板焊接，然后旋紧螺母； Put the guides straightly and weld the back plate and embedded plate, then screw nuts. 安装完毕轨道底部水泥砂浆填实； The bottom of the guides is filled with cement and mortar after installation. 轨道接头处的高差和左右不平允差1mm； The surmount and level error of guides connect point is 1mm 轨道的同一截面相对称高允差5mm； The allowable error of same cross section of the rail is 5mm 轨道弯路2允差±5mm； The allowable error of guides crooked path 2 is 5mm 两条轨道接头处错开距离≥500mm； the distance between two guides connect joint should be stagger more than 500mm 轨道安装时必须有电气接地保护措施 。； It must have electric earth connection protect measures 车挡现场按实际情况焊接； Weld according to the actual situation 轨道坡差为轨道长的1/1
