八味中药对绵羊卵巢颗粒细胞的增殖与保护作用 赵生军1，贡继尚1,郭宪2,马友记3，张勇1＊,赵兴绪1＊ （1.甘肃农业大学动物医学院,甘肃兰州，730070;2.中国农业科学院兰州畜牧与兽药研究所，甘肃兰州，730000；3.甘肃农业大学动物科学技术学院，甘肃兰州，730070） 摘要RealtimePCR检测Bax、Bcl-2表达水平；分别以筛选的浓度加入培养基培养gc细胞，2h后分别加入氯丙嗪、H2O2.24h后MTT检测细胞增殖水平。结果，七味药与对照组比较差异显著（P0.05）,熟地黄组差异不显著（P0.05）；氯丙嗪IC50为1.1×10-4mol/L，有浓度组对卵巢颗粒细胞作用极显著（P＜0.01），H2O2 IC50为5.5×10-4mol/L，150umol/L~1 000 umol/L作用极显著(P＜0.01)，随氯丙嗪、H2O2浓度增大，凋亡基因表达量增大；八味中药部分浓度对氯丙嗪、H2O2致损伤保护作用显著（P0.01）或极显著（P0.01）。 关键词：中药颗粒细胞增殖保护作用 Effect of eight kind of traditonal chinese medicine on proliferation and protective of sheep granulosa cells ZHAO Sheng-jun1,Gong Ji-shang1,GUO Xian2,Ma you-ji3,Zhang Yong1＊,ZHAO Xing-xu1＊ （1.College of Veterinary Medicine, Gansu Agricultural University LanZhou 730070 ,china;2.Lanzhou Institute Of Husbandry And Gharmaceutical Science Of Caas,730000, china;3.
