Explore the role of restaurant within social media and food postingIntroduction and research question Social media acts as the collection of technologies that gather captures communication, content and so forth, from individuals, their friends and social networks (Chris Mari, 2012). Web 2.0 , people plays the role of audience and participate as users, and internet improves new connections and communities due to each additional user adds value to other users (Hemetsverger and Reinhardt,2006,2008). Benefit from Web 2.0, users create content online and share with friends in convenient by the use of social media ( ChrisMari, 2012). Social networks are groups of people who share a common interest, perspective and background ( Chris Mari,2012). On the assumption of comment and share, Web 2.0 devotes enterprise into a new form that Web-surfers to be utilized as free productive labor sources (Tapscott and Williams,2007). Products and services are discussed in online communities ( Armstrong and Hagel, 1996), enterprise need to consider different kinds of virtual community and community participation in the current social environment (Robet V. Kozinets J.L., 1999). More people make product and brand decision depend on computer-mediated communication and discuss information play an important role in the decision (Robert V. Kozinets, 2002). As one of the most popular website, Facebook and YouTube not only establish users social networks, but also to communicate with ‘friends’ about daily live in public (Dhiraj Murthy). Nando’s as one of the hottest marketing brand and perform outside by the use of social media.
