Education and its purpose Abstracts: This paper is mainly focus on what is education and its purpose. I will first talk about some different understanding of education by quoting some famous peoples’ word and listing some common views in society, then draw some personal conclution. Then I will refer to the purpose of education by analysising the functions of education. At last, I will have a brief conclusion about my personal view on how our society and individual should treat education.
