To evaluate the production capability, quality management systems, resources, facilities of the factory to manufacture products which meet the requirement of Polo Ralph Lauren. Conclusion (explain if and how the factory has proper capabilities): ?Fty is able to produces of delicate artwork product. Recommendations: Have various facilities of the factory need to improve below points need to wait by fty correction. Fabric in the inspection process there are no log files or reports. Fty haven’t installed pull test machine for small parts/button pulling test in production. Workers are not use the provisions of safety guard during working in production. Workers in the sewing process of the work table without the scissors linkage and fixed settings. 5. Needle detection facility not set in the workstation or the packaging sector, only placed in the warehouse. No needle detection records and reports. (factory existing customers not need this item.)
