高压水切机设计 摘要 随着社会的高速发展， 机械制造行业也要跟上社会的发展的脚步。 由于发展的需要， 出现了许多难以加工的材料和更高要求的加工精度，传统的加工方法已经不能满足加工的要求， 因此出现了许多新的加工方法，以满足加工的需要。超高压水射流就切割技术是其中的一种新型的加工方法，它和新出现的电子束、声波、电火花和电解加工等加工方法被称为特种加工方法。 超高压水射流切割机技术作为目前唯一一种冷加工的切割方式，在许多行业得到了日益广泛的应用，高压水射流切割技术可以切割的材料种类非常多，其中包括热加工无法加工的易燃易爆等危险品。因此随着海洋事业发展力度的加大，超高压水射流切割技术作为一种新型的水成形特种加工技术开始得到研究和发展。 本文是针对大型板材火焰切割中存在的断面不平整问题，而设计的一款高压水切割机，以满足其切割需求。本文将超高压水射流切割设备和工业机器人相结合，可以通过精确的控制，使其能切割复杂形状的板件。整个切割系统包括增压设备，切割机构及行走装置，其重点是切割机构和行走装置；切割机构保证在切割过程中所加工的断面满足加工要求；行走装置可以带动切割机针对大型板件进行切割作业，以解决工作台对工件大小的限制。通过三个系统的组合，能使切割机对任意形状的大型或小型板件进行切割作业，且能减小环境因素对切割质量的影响。 关键词：高压水射流 履带行走机 机器人切割 电气控制 The design of high pressure water cutting machine Abstract With the rapid development of society, machinery manufacturing industry is to keep up with the development of the society.
