基于SolidWorks液压式千斤顶的设计与运动学分析 摘要 随着社会技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,千斤顶在人们日常生活工作中越来越重要,可以说千斤顶已经成了人们出行最依赖的好伙伴,是人们汽车维修的好帮手,它指引我们找到最需要的东西。 为了解决现市场上液压千斤顶价格昂贵、体积大,不能广泛适用于普通家庭等问题,本设计论述了一种高效、便捷的小型液压千斤顶,主要具有便带、使用方便的特点。其主要由液压回路、大小液压缸、执件,三大部分组成。本设计通过千斤理对其结构进行设计,将千斤顶与实际生活相结合。论文详细论述了该液压千斤顶的功能设计、结构设计、运动和受力分析、材料选用和校核等,并利用三计软件对零件进行建模,完成液压千斤顶的三维造型和运动仿真。用软件对液压回路进行建模,完成千斤顶的运动学仿真分析。本设计功能全面、设计人性化、系统稳定、并且设备安全可靠度高,操作简单,适用于广大普通家庭,为家庭日常生活带来了大大的便利。 关键词:结构设计;液压回路;SolidWorks;三维建模;AMEsim;运动学分析 The design and kinematics analysis of hydraulic jack based on SolidWorks Abstract:With the development of society and technology and peoples living standards improve,the hydraulic jack is more and more important in Peoples Daily life and work. it’s said the hydraulic jack has become the most dependent partner of people to travel,which is a good helper with car repair and leads us to find the most need. In order to solve the problem of hydraulic jack now on the market, the price is expensive, bulky, and not widely used in ordinary families, the design discussed in an efficient and convenient small hydraulic jack, Mainly has the advantages of portability, easy to use。It mainly consists of hydraulic circuit, the size of the hydraulic cylinder, actuator, three parts.The design of its structure was designed by the principle of hydraulic jacks, hydraulic jack will be combined with the actual life.The paper discusses in detail the function design, structure design, and the movement of the hydraulic jack force analysis, material selection and checking etc.And using SolidWorks 3D design software of parts modeling, 3D modeling and motion simulation of hydraulic jack.The model of the hydraulic circuit with AMEsim software, the kinematics simulation analysis of hydraulic jack.Simple operation, suitable for the majority of ordinary families.
