Error Analysis After examining the students compositions, the author discovered that the students committed different kinds of errors. The errors in each of the compositions were identified and categorized in groups based on English linguistic rules and writing conventions. Several types of errors are sorted out. There are not only linguistic errors but also errors in content, organization and style of students writings. The following errors are taken from their compositions (Note: sentences with * in this part are wrong sentences): (1)Morphological and syntactical errors （词法和句法错误或者用词用句错误）: a. *I did a good work in the high jump practice in a PE class. It need no money to read them. In the library, there are various books which you can read for free. f. *Its no doubt that books are very important in our life... In addition that so many people are interested in selecting and keeping books Theres no doubt that books are very important in our life... In addition, so many people are interested in selecting and keeping books. g. *Most of all, someone should choose what is suit for himself, and do ones best. Above all, someone should choose what is suitable for him, and do his best. h. *They think new books can be more benefit to their learning. They think new books can be more beneficial to their learning. i. *By reading these books, I can relax myself in the intensity day. By readi
