我院未开展胰岛素样生长因子一1，细胞间粘附因子一1，血浆转化生长因子一B,氧化物歧化酶水平，请做改动。我院开展血流变，同型半胱氨酸。丁苯酞联合高压氧疗法对血管性痴呆患者的疗效和安全性分析【摘要】 目的 探讨丁苯酞联合高压氧治疗血管性痴呆的近期疗效和安全性，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 选择我院2013年1月至2015年12月收治的100例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。在常规治疗的基础上对照组给予高压氧治疗，在对照组治疗的基础上观察组给予丁苯酞治疗。治疗3个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效、简易精神状态检查量表（MMSE）、临床痴呆评定量表（CDR）、日常生活活动量表（ADL）评分及血液流变学。结果 观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Z=2.203，P＜0.05）；治疗3个月后，观察组MMSE、ADL评分均高于对照组，CDR评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组血浆黏度、全血中切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、全血低切黏度及全血高切黏度均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 丁苯酞联合高压氧疗法治疗血管性痴呆疗效显著，明显改善了患者近期生活能力及认知功能，且无严重不良反应发生，值得临床重视。【关键词】 血管性痴呆；丁苯酞；高压氧疗法；临床疗效；安全性Efficacy and safety of butylphthalide combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on vascular dementia【Abstract】Objective To investigate the short-term effects and safety of butylphthalide combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on vascular dementia,to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 100 cases of vascular dementia in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as research subjects,According to the random number table method were divided into observation group and control group, each group of 50 cases.On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,on the basis of the control group treatment,the observation group was treated with butylphthalide.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical curative effect, the mini mental state examination table (MMSE) and Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR), activities of daily living scale (ADL) score and blood rheology were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (Z=2.203,P0.05);After 3 months of treatment,The MMSE, ADL scores in the observation group were higher than the control group,the CDR score was lower than the control group(P0.05);The plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood viscosity in observe gro
