Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement 必威体育官网网址和非披露协议 Both Parties will commit to develop, construct, and operate the solar-thermal power station with the use of the technology from Solar Reserve, on the basis of the joint venture in China. This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into between [ ] (together with its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries) and [ ] (together with its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries), in connection with the abovementioned project (the “Transaction”). [ ] and [ ] are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”. It is anticipated that in connection with the Transaction, the Parties will disclose or cause to be disclosed to the other Party certain confidential or proprietary information and the Parties are entering into this Agreement to assure the strict confidentiality of such information.
