河北农业大学 题 目： 学 院：专业班级：学 号： 学生姓名： 王旭丹 二O年月日前列腺素的作用机制综述研究生 王旭丹 20149200760 摘要: 不同类型的前列腺素具有不同的功能，如前列腺素E能舒张支气管平滑肌，降低通气阻力；而前列腺素F的作用则相反。前列腺素的半衰期极短（1～2分钟），除前列腺素I2外，其他的前列腺素经肺和肝迅速降解，故前列腺素不像典型的激素那样，通过循环影响远距离靶向组织的活动，而是在局部产生和释放，对产生前列腺素的细胞本身或对邻近细胞的生理活动发挥调节作用。由于前列腺素能引起子宫强烈的收缩，故应用于足月妊娠的引产、人工流产以及避孕等方面，取得了一定的效果。前列腺素治疗哮喘、胃肠溃疡病、休克、高血压及心血管疾病，可能有一定疗效，因而引起人们的重视。 关键字:前列腺素;前列腺;作用机制; The mechanism of action of prostaglandin were reviewed graduate student:Xudan Wang 20149200760 Abstract: Different types of prostaglandins have different functions, such as prostaglandin E can relax bronchial smooth muscle, reduce airway resistance; and the effect of prostaglandin F, on the other hand. Because prostaglandins can cause strong of the uterus to contract, therefore, applied to the full-term pregnancy induced labor, abortion, and birth control, etc., has obtained the certain effect. Prostaglandins, asthma, gastrointestinal ulcers, shock, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease, may have certain curative effect, thus cause the attention of people. Key words: prostaglandin; The prostate gland; Mechanism of action; 1引言 前列腺素（prostaglandins，PGs）是存在于动物和人体中的一类不饱和脂肪酸组成的、具有多种生理作用的活性物质。前列腺素是前列烷酸(prostanoicacid)的衍生物，分子的基本结构为含一个环戊烷及两个脂肪酸侧链的二十碳脂肪酸，分子量为300～400。最早发现它存在于人的精液中，当时以为这一物质是由前列腺释放的，因而定名为前列腺素。现已证明精液中的前列腺素主要来自精囊，全身许多组织细胞都能产生前列腺素。目前已知的天然前列腺素，根据环外双键的数目分为PG1，PG2，PG3等三类，又根据环上取代基和双键位置的不同而分为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I等类型，在C-9有酮基，在C-11有羟基的称为PGE，在这两边都有羟基的为PGF。α指C-9上羟基的构型。所有的PG在C-13及C-14间有一个反式双链，在C-15处有一个羟基。右下角的小数字表示侧链中双链的数目，如PGF2α。不同类型的前列腺素具有
