加酶益生素对肉鸡免疫功能及生长性能的影响 动物医学 班： 指导老师： 摘要：为探讨加酶益生素对肉鸡免疫功能及生长性能的影响，本实验选用1日龄罗斯308肉鸡1000只，公母自然比例，随机分为两组，Ⅰ组为正常对照组，Ⅱ组为试验组（在饲料中添加加酶益生素0.1％），连用45天。结果表明：试验组平均脾脏指数1.20g、法氏囊平均指数2.87g、胸腺平均指数5.26g；对照组平均脾脏指数0.92g、法氏囊平均指数 2.20g胸腺平均指数3.94g；试验组均高于对照组，两组比较差异显著（P0.05）；试验组平均日增重为44.3g，而未饲喂加酶益生素的对照组，平均日增重为39.7g，试验组比对照组提高增重11.6%，两组差异极显著（P0.01）。数据表明加酶益生素对肉鸡免疫功能及生长性能均有促进作用。 关键字：肉鸡；加酶益生素；生长性能；免疫功能 The Influnce of Plus Enzyme Probiotices on the Broiler Immune Function and Growth Performance Name Advisor:prof.teacher Abstract：In order to investigate the enzyme probiotics effects on growth performance and immune function of broilers,This experiment selected 1000 one-day-old Ross-308 broilers, the proportion of male and female nature, were randomly divided into two groups, Ⅰgroup was normal control group, group Ⅱ into experimental group (in feed enzyme probiotics 0.1%) for 45 days.The results showed that:The average index of spleen in test group 1.20g,The bursa average index 2.87g, The thymus index average 5.26g; the control group the average index of spleen index 0.92g, bursal index average 2.20g and thymus index average 3.94g; the test group were higher than those in the control group, significant difference between the two groups (P0.05);The test group average daily gain of 44.3g, but not fed control group with enzyme probiotics, the average daily gain of 39.7g, the test group than the control group increased by 11.6%, two groups were significantly different (P0.01).
